Hi shsh8008, I just had a visit recently to UAE this summer for business purpose in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. I could advice you to check up in the chamber of commerce of EAU and the other countries you are interested in, the people that work in there are pretty much up for helping you in case you are looking on making business in the region.
