En su novela Babelia, el escritor Guillermo Fernández nos presenta un mural de nuestro tiempo: el consumismo y la frivolidad, la ciudad y sus centros comerciales, que a veces se vuelven cárceles del consumo, las zonas que se abandonan y degradan....los detalles bellos que nos llevan a disfrutar de una ciudad....en fin la novela muestra una Babel social situada en San José. Los invito a recorrer esta nuestra ciudad de San José, Costa Rica....
